Greg's office was always blessed with lots of food - the doughnuts were positively abundant! This might have been at least partially because most of his co-workers had a girth much like Greg - or maybe they were that size because of the doughnuts? Who could tell?
Anyway, Greg was helping himself to another doughnut when he was tapped on his shoulder.
"Excuse me," said a voice, and Greg turned around to see someone he hadn't met. "I'm new, but Mr. Handson's secretary said you might be able to help me. I work over in customer support, and there's an issue with the control modules on the SA-90, the B series. You are Greg, right? You did the programming for the exception routines?"
"Yes," replies Greg. "It was a while ago though, I'd have to dig up the documentation. What seems to be the problem?" Greg had enjoyed working on the SA-90 - it had been a challenge to get it ready to go - and this topic suddenly had his full attention.
"The customer says that if the ambient temperature drops too quickly, the feedback loop fails to pick up....oh," says the new person as a buzzing sounds. "My Blackberry, just a sec..."
