When Heather fired the shrink ray, she and Nick discovered two things:
1) Apparently the shrink ray would shrink a person, but not the clothes the person was wearing
2) The burglar was a woman. She definitely was all woman!
As the tiny woman crawled out of her now gigantically oversized clothes, Nick saw the six inch tall burglar had been wearing padding and armor, so that her naturally "padding" wouldn't be felt during their struggle. The burglar must have been wearing her hair up as well, because her straight natural auburn hair fell down both her back to where her tight, firm buttocks began, as well as across her ample bosom.
Nick also noticed some type of device the burglar had been wearing which modulated her voice, keeping it disguised.
If the burglar was embarrassed at having so much of her smooth ivory white skin exposed, she didn't show it. Instead, she unabashedly put her hands on her shapely hips and said, "Okay, you caught me. You want to get me back to normal size?"
