Go and find another door

You decide to go back down the hall and look for a different door. After a minute or o, you see a door that says "Pokemon" on it. Interested, you walk in, and see dozens of different pokemon restrained in the large room in different restraints. You walk around and try to decide which one you want to tickle. After a few minutes, you come up to a female Charizard chained to the wall. She looks at you and gets a scared look on her face. Next to her however, is a blastoise trapped in a pair of stocks, and he smiles when you look at him. Who do you tickle?
