Nick might have escaped being smashed by Jeremy in an attempt to punish his pubes' recent occupant. However, he overlooked the threat the fall would represent. He keeps his eyes closed and hands ready as he lands on a mass of flesh. He opens his eyes, relieved he is not dead. Above him, he recovers from the fall in the shadow of the lice comb. He looks in front of him towards the large plain of hairless skin. Beyond that, there stands an unfathomable cliff peppered with slight bumps. To the far left and right are Jeremy's eyes.
Nick slithers down the plain towards a steep incline. If Jeremy sees him, he would surely be killed. He hopes that at his size, his grip doesn't trigger any facial nerves that betray his presence. He slides further down until he pauses to regain his grip and check his bearings. He is thankful that Jeremy's nose was the closest facial feature to the brush, preventing him for sudden death by impact. That is more than can be said about the acne problem at his scale. Sure, Jeremy lacks the pimples, but his nose is oily to the touch. Nick has to grip tighter to compensate.
Suddenly, gravity changes and he finds himself hanging upside-down from the nose flesh. Jeremy must have given up the hunt for the bug that bit him and now emerges into the party. Nick slides closer to the base of Jeremy's nose, closer to an enormous windy cave. Very little light enters past the opening, but Nick can see the traces of long nose hairs. An entire forest whistles with the gale-like force coming from Jeremy's lungs. On the bright side, he escaped being mistaken for a crab and killed on sight by the giant. Not to mention he's below eye level, so he can't be spotted again. But Jeremy continues to party, while tiny Nick struggles near the gaping windy cave of his nostril.
