Naruto shrugged and pulled out one of the small pills. He held it in his hand for a moment, taking in all of it's mysterious powers. It was a deep sapphire blue color and pretty much a perfect sphere. He tossed the pill into his mouth and swallowed it.
"Huh," Naruto said after a few minutes of nothing happening, "I guess they don't do anything."
He decided to take the bag with him anyway, stuffing it into one of his pockets before walking away.
As he turned around to go back to his walk, his stomach growled loudly. Naruto placed a hand on his stomach and decided to head back home for a bowl of ramen. He raced back home, locking the door, and quickly made himself a hearty dinner (if you can call eating ramen three times a day hearty). Minutes later and the bowl was empty. Naruto patted his now full stomach and leaped into the shower.
Twenty minutes later, and Naruto emerged from the bathroom in a veil of steam, a white towel draped around his waist. He walked over to the mirror and stared at his lithe and limb body in the mirror. He frowned a bit as he flexed his almost non-existent bicep. If anything, couldn't that pill have at least added a little bit of muscle? He stood there a few minutes more before he felt a tingling sensation flow throughout his entire body that quickly turned into a searing pain.
Naruto stood there as he watched his body transform in the mirror as his body began to erupt with muscle. His pecs burst out from his chest as two slabs of marble emerged under his skin, creating twin shelves that stuck out from his once thin torso. His abs poked out from his stomach, one by one until eight solid balls of muscle stood out as the space between them grew deeper and deeper. His back surged outward, bringing his growing arms further and further away from each other. Naruto grimaced through the pain as he watched his arms expand to unimaginable sizes. His forearms thickened up and became as wide as two bowling pins. His bicep swelled with power, climbing to a massive peak that put his head to shame. Beneath them, his triceps were falling to the ground, making his arm look even bigger than before. Meanwhile, his shoulders were becoming obscene, rippling with untold power and strength. His lats spread like wings, pushing his arms up and into a 45 degree angle. ear his head, his neck was now thickening up as well as being swallowed up by the growing traps and muscles around it. Down below, his feet and legs were trying to keep pace, thickening and widening, swelling and bulging as they grew closer together. Naruto's towel was being strained to it's limits by not only his two legs, but a third that was quickly and happily dropping down, stopping just short of the hem of his towel.
Naruto laughed as he watched the transformation stop, leaving him a muscle-bound freak of a ninja. He could no longer see his sides in the mirror as he was now almost as wide as he was tall. He flexed his arms as watched in awe as his biceps soared past his head and above his clenched fists. He reveled in the power and strength and pondered what to do next. Would he take another pill? Or should he go out and show off his new musculature?
