"Well, the beginning was pretty accurate..." You say to yourself. Besides, you don't need to follow everything word for word. Right?
You turn back to the beginning and see that the book describes you leaving the tree house, with a picture of you climbing down the ladder and a small caption that says you fart with each rung.
"Yeah right." You chuckle at the absurdity of the description. You place your foot on the ladder and a small fart escapes. Shaking your head, you put your other foot on the next rung and fart again. Thinking it must just be the new position you're in you continue down the ladder, farting as you descend.
You try to hold it in on the last few rungs, but you find that you flatulence manages to squeak out anyhow. You realise that what happens in the book will happen anyway, whether you like it or not. On the plus side, your belly has shrunk considerably, and is only two inches rounder than when you first arrived.
You walk down a path until you hit a fork in the road. Checking with the book, it gives you two options:
Continue to the right towards gasweed valley,
Turn to page 84
Choose the left path for a Big Adventure
Turn to page 122
You don't like the sound of either, but when you try to follow either page, you see it just keeps on leading you with directions and no actual events. The gasweed didn't sound all that good in the Omnibus, but "Big adventure" sounds fairly ominous.
