Move into the dump, but not just yet.

"Well i don't want to cause too much of an uproar. at least not yet." Redd said with a smirk. "So I should probably lay low and use this dump for my HQ, for now atleast." Redd proceeded into the small (4 rooms, front room, den, bed, and 1bathroom) rat infested house. "Time to call in the exterminator." Redd said as he materialized four bug bombs. ""Works on all of your household pests" perfect, this should drive em out. now lets see the instructions one bomb per room, great. Wait theres a warning label, do not re-enter the house until 24 hours after the gas has finished spraying. thats a pain but if it works." Redd quickly set up the bombs, activated them, and left. "hmmm where should i sleep tonight?"
