         Clearing your throat, you manage an "excuse me, Miss."
         "Oh," says the nurse, "Sorry. I dropped my contact, so I guess I'll just have to use my glasses." She puts them on and looks even more sexy.
         "Oh, I see you are a herm. Please strip down for your medical exam."

         You blush a little.
         "What's wrong?" asked the nurse, "Are you nervous? Or shy?"
         You smile a bit and say.....
