He doesn't see you and goes to the bathroom...

Mark turned away from the clothes and for a moment, Philip was a bit worried. However when he saw Mark walk towards the bathroom, the tiny man understood. Mark normally took a shower every morning (and again in the evening if he went to the gym). Sometimes the shower took a couple minutes, quick scrub down and Mark was ready for the day. On the other hand, Mark tended to take his time if he woke up hard as long as he had nowhere to be in the next half hour or so. So the question stands: Follow Mark or wait where he knew Mark would come back to?
