Chapter #3

Familiars

    by: Unknown
You were just waking up from a weird dream. It was fuzzy as your eyes lazily pulled apart. Rubbing the crust off it, you found yourself on a weird bed. You don't know why but if felt weird like a couch. It was too dark to see the color but you had a hunch it was white. Walking towards any direction, it took a full minute just to reach a wall. "Ok," you said with a eye raised. "What's going on," you said as you touch the wall. It was cold as metal as you pull your hand away surprised. "You're finally awake," a male voice boom.

Suddenly the sky got a lot darker as you felt immense weight around your side. Soon you found a giant eyeball probably 60 ft from bottom to top. You were in complete shock as the eye ball looked at you intensely when it suddenly blink in a fraction of a second. Something that big shouldn't move so fast.

"Awe not again," it boomed. "This is the third time this month...that blow to your head really messed you up man," he said as he pulled you away so you can see his full face. You can tell it's a wolf anthro, male too.

"Ok...let me work my magic," he said as he let you go to fall on his palm. Falling down, you landed with a soft plop with a bit of pain but nothing broken. "Sorry about that...keep on forgetting you can't survive without remembering what we learned as partners when we were kids. Holding on to the pink flesh of his palm, you and the wolf were at a table with a few steps of his colossal, padded feet.

Tilting his hand, you fell rolling down his palm towards the hard table. With a hard landing, you soon stood up in pain. "Sorry about that," he said as he stared towards his bare belly button before looking to his face. "To answer your question, I'm about two miles to you," he said as if he read your mind. The only thing in your mind was fear. And all these puzzling questions running through your mind. "Don't worry Mack, this won't hurt a bit," he said as the index finger of his right hand was falling towards you. Thinking he was going to skewer you with his long claw. You ran but it was futile as his finger landed softly but not enough to crack a rip.

"Wow dude....I ain't going to tick a claw into you or anything like that. We're best buds," those few words calmed you down as his finger glow blue. Comfort came all over your body as your brain starts to feel unlock. All types of memories seeped into you mind as you finally remember everything. Pulling his finger away, the wolf crouched down to see if his buddy is ok.

"Yeah-yeah...I'm ok," you said reading your friend Marty mind.

"Wow man...if you don't stop having amnesia I'm going to have to take you to the Doctor," he smiled cheerily.

"Yeah sure and you're paying the bill," you said as you rub the back of your head in pain. "Pick me up, we got to get ready for class, we just started collage you know," as your friends index finger and thumb gently picked you up. Letting go you fell towards his palm as you remembered how to slow down you decent with your psychic powers.

"By the way, we're suppose to be meeting the Alophidor sisters. That vixen has lust in her eyes when she just met you...I can tell," Marty smiled as he drop you off on the dresser table by your miniature dresser.

"And her human partner have the same thing," you laugh as you friend starts getting dress and you do too.

"Something tells me this is a good day," Marty says.

"I hope your ready ladies because two sexy studs are coming to start some trouble,' you said as both of you laugh in the moment of friendship.
