Riley woke up when a shadow fell over her. Slowly she opened her eyes. She saw her dad.
"Hello daddy."
"Hello. How is my little kitten?" He asked and started to tickle her.
"Ha ha. Stop it dad. Stop it."
"You better wake up. it's time for dinner."
Riley stretched herself once and stood up.
"That sure was a nice nap. I was kind of tired."
"You sleep all day long." Her sister Lissy said.
"Come on Lissy. Riley is only three years old. She needs to sleep now and then. You also did when you were three."
"Maybe. But still i think she sleeps more then is good for her. Besides you noticed all donuts are gone? And i think i know were they went." And she pinched Riley's belly.
"I noticed all donuts were gone. I buy some Monday."
Riley smiled at her sister.
"If i even find one page that's moved in my room you're in big trouble!"
"Stop it you two."
"What's for dinner?" Riley asked.
"Pasta with some gravy, weenies and some salad."
Riley piled her plate high with pasta and almost drowned the pasta in gravy. Her mother looked at her and smiled.
"You have a healthy appetite."
"Well i'm a growing girl right?"
"That's right." Her mother said an stroke her over her head.
Riley took also second and a third course. After the last bite she belched loud and give a sweet smile.
"You were hungry." Her father said. "You ate three full plates."
