Although they thought they were safe, Negi and his newly grown students were far from it. Suddenly the trio were spotted by someone, who then proceeded to throw circular blasts of energy at them. However, they weren't ones that hurt people: they were merely capture bubbles of some kind. Setsuna proceeded to stand up immediately upon the first wave of attacks, using her sword to fend off the circles (the sword grew with her when she grew in size, as it was on her body at the time). Fairly soon the person who attacked them revealed their presence: it was Mei Sakura!
"Negi-sensei, I'm sorry", the timid girl told the child teacher, looking a little sad. "But I'm afraid I cannot allow you to use such a spell among your students. I was sent by my superiors to stop you before it gets worse, and to capture your students as well."
"Please don't do that, Mei-chan", Konoka begged her, walking up to the girl, who was scared by the girl's incredible size.
"B-B-B-Big-g-g K-K-K-Konoe-s-san.." Mei stuttered, too afraid to move. "Please don't hurt me, Konoe-san!"
"I'm not going to hurt you", Konoka smiled, petting the girl on the head with her left hand. Although Mei wasn't so much afraid of the girl as she was of her size.
"In fact, why don't you become big yourself?" smiled Konoka at the girl, who then began to stutter.
"I-I-I-I couldn't do that. Onee-sama would be really angry at me", Mei explained to Konoka. "Plus...being that tall might be scary."
"I agree", Setsuna added in, Negi nodding in agreement.
"Mei-chan, are you SURE you've never wanted to be big? To have Takane-san look up to YOU for a change, instead of the other way around?" Konoka giggled.
"Well...." Mei thought to herself, contemplating on whether or not to go with Konoka's idea..
