Survival

Though few made it, some cats escaped the city with their lives. Now, cats aren't generally ones to wander the forest, as the whole world hated them. You would never know when dogs would cook you up and eat you, birds would swallow you, and the worst of all were the wolves. The wolves were the specific canines chose to deal with the cats, and they would love to torture, eat, kill, and humiliate cats.

Most of the survivors were alone, as they were never able to group together. This is the reason that every creature in the forest saw a cat as an easy and delicious meal.
