You're still inside

You're still trapped when you wake up, but you can't move. The sticky walls of the anus have pinned you down. You cry for help as the stench continues to torture you. After a couple hours, you feel the relief of the muscles massaging your body. However, while the shit got pushed out, you didn't. You scream helplessly, and spend the rest of your life being baked and tortured by the passing gas.
