Cream started to mature into an adult

Once her growing stopped (at least for now). Cream felt something odd. Her hands, which were covering her naked body at the time- felt the flesh under them changing. "Mommy, I'm feeling strange again," Cream said. "Oh, no! You're not going to grow again!?" Vanilla was panicking. "No, it's just..." Cream couldn't finish, as they both saw what was happening to her. Her body was not increasing in size, but was shifting into the form of an adult. Her legs were longer by proportion, and were very strong looking, but lean with a nice bum. Her hips also spread out to give her bottom better curves. Her torso and arms followed suit- overall her body became more sculpted. But her breasts changed most dramatically. The bumps she felt at the start of her transformation were only the beginning, as the filled out considerably- by the end they were nearly the size of her head!
"Well," Said Vanilla, "you've... grown up."
