At first you couldn't see your neighbor Sandra Smith, and as you rested your hands onto your swollen stomach again you started to get worried, getting stuck with a woman's body would be weird enough, but not a pregnant woman's body, and especially not the body of someone you knew.
Suddenly, Sandra came around the corner, having shouted abuse at some teenagers who had been making fun of the 5-year old boy's body her head was currently attached to.
"Mrs Smith, over here" you gestured, as you took your feminine hands off your stomach and held your back again, which was really aching.
While Sandra hurried over, Sarah dragged the little boy over to the two of you.
You reached out and plucked the little boy's head off of your body, and you plucked your neighbor's head off the little boy's body, then you switched them around. Sandra now had your body and she instantly got an erection as she looked down at herself.
You then reached up to your own head...and tugged it off Sandra's body, and then as if on automatic...her other hand grabbed her head and plucked it off your body, switching you both back to the correct bodies.
As your hard-on slowly went down, you saw a relieved Sandra feeling her stomach, with a smile on her face.
"Thank god, she's okay!" she muttered in delight, as she felt her daughter kick.
"I'm so glad" Sarah said, as she put her arm through yours and looked over at Sandra.
Sandra then stopped smiling and gave you a deadly serious look; "For god's sake Mark, I don't know how you're able to swap heads like that, but be careful in future, people might get hurt" she told you straight, before turning around and walking towards a nearby cafe to have a drink.
"She's right you know, you have to watch what you're doing" Sarah mumbled, as she looked at you, she then smiled and kissed the end of your nose.
"Yeah, whatever!" you responded with a sigh, before returning her kiss.
