Diaper Titan, a world ruled by diapered kids

This 5-year-old's real name is Tommy, but now he is Known as Diaper Titan, the unstoppable diaper boy! He wants to make all kids still in diapers like him, so that diapered kids can rule the world and toilet-trained people will be their servants. He wears a blue cape and a red and gold diaper with a "DT" logo on it. He can assume any size from normal baby size to the size of the Earth, but he is usually 1500 feet tall. He can have any other powers you can imagine.
