Well if you were not interested in them separately, why not have a story with both of them?
Such as competitive weight gain(to gain the favor of Megaman, or something else they'd both want), A bit of force-feeding(such as Roll is kidnapped by Tron, and fattened up so that Megaman wouldn't be interested in her any more), or maybe even some lesbianism.
Because, lesbians fattening one another up is pretty damn hot, especially if both of them are good looking to begin with.

Then there are other girls in the series, from the other two games, but I have not played them, so I'll let someone who has add onto that bit.
