Chapter #4

Bandits stealing his horse..

    by: Unknown
Bowhan watched as bandits tried to control his horse. "NO!" He yelled. The horse had been a good one, it'd been with him since he began adventuring.

He shattered the glass case of his sword, reaching in and taking it out. He cut his arm in the process, but adrenaline stopped him from realizing that. With his sword at his side, he ran out the door and towards the bandits.

"Ha! Look at that'n there pretty boy." The leader, or so it seemed, said. "This be yours? Well, its ours now." He said.

Cheesy comments.. wow. But Bowhan guessed that bandits had to laugh if their leader said something 'funny'. But he wasn't there to talk.

With that, he swung his sword at the bandit leader, hitting him in the chest and cutting him immediately. The other bandits dropped the ropes on the horse, Berucifux, and went for Bowhan.

Bowhan continued swinging his sword, hitting once again another bandit. One bandit jumped on Bowhan's back with a knife in his hand, cutting him in the chest. Atleast he missed his throat, as he had tried to hit.

"Get off of me!" Bowhan roared, throwing the bandit over his head and onto the ground. He saw three of the five remaining bandits running to his home, torch in hand. He couldn't stop fighting the two remaining to stop his house from being burned..

Bowhan pushed the other two bandits onto the ground, jumping onto his horse with slight difficulty because of his nervousness. Sure, he used to do things like this all the time, but that was a good ten years ago.

"Go!" He yelled at his horse, kicking it in the side. The horse sped off, as Bowhan left behind his home.

----- Ten minutes later -----

Bowhan stopped his horse back deep in the woods, demounting it with a sigh. The only things he got to keep was his sword, his horse, and his clothes on his back. It was like his childhood all over again.

And the word childhood.. that word brought back memories.. as he collasped to the ground...

You have the following choices:

1. Bowhan wakes up to see the child..

*Noteb*
2. Bowhan wakes up in the jail..

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
