The door opens up on the pod and you stumble out. You are on all fours.
You watch as Julie sits in the pod where you were and motions towards the switch. You turn and try to yell at her to stop but all that comes out is a bark.
Your old body gets up and steps out of the other pod just as Boots the cat jumps into the pod. The doors slam shut and a flash of light comes from each pod.
The doors open up and Boots comes staggering out. You're instincts are to chase the cat, but you realize that it's Julie in the cats body.
Julie's body comes over to you both and says, "I've been trapped in that cat's body for over a year, I'm finally free and wow what a body to have too. This will work out better then ever, Your dog in your old body won't even realize it was ever a dog in a couple of hours. She'll think she is really you, so there will be no witness. Maybe you guys should pull up the memories of the bodies you are in, that way you won't miss being human. That Dog is so lucky to have a chance to be human."
Julie's old body begins shutting down the machine. You decide you better act you start growling and gesturing toward the machine.
She finishes working the controls and leans over and says, "If you attack me they'll put you down and I'll jump to a different body. I suggest you just accept your fate let your memories go and be a puppy."
She pushes you both out the door and begins locking up the back room. "Besides the girl I am now....Julie, was going to switch with you, talk about subjects that would bring up a bunch of strong memories so her memories would overwhelm yours and leave you stranded in her body thinking you were really her. She didn't see anything wrong with it because you wanted to be popular. I think this is more fitting for the both of you." She laughs and walks away.
As you watch your old bodies walk away, you wonder who opened up the door in the first place, would they be back?
How are you going to get your bodies back or at least get into a human body to fix this situation?
You watch as Julie starts playing with a piece of string caught on the side of barn, you bark at her trying to get her to stop, she must use her memories not the cats memories otherwise she loose herself to the cats body.
Julie the cat darts away your instincts kick in and you start chasing her, you catch yourself and stop. You must let your memories set themselves like the notebook says otherwise you might loose yourself and be a dog forever.
