You glance at the doorbell and take a deep breath. You can do this, you are a people person. You ring the doorbell, straighten your tie and put on a big grin. The door is answered by a little boy wearing a tinkerbell outfit, with lip gloss smeard on his face and hands. You look at him confused, and thne sputter out "Is your mother home?"
The boy looks at you for a moment, sruveying you up and down and then runs away to the back of the house, out of view. He comes running back just a few minutes later, with a large, messy looking woman trailing behind him. After seeing you standing at the doorway, she fixes her hair and wipes the chocolate from the corners of her mouth.
"Why hello there," she says, attempting a flirtacious smile. Her attempt almost made you laugh, but you stand straight and offer her your best smile. "Hello Miss, long day?" You ask with a friendly tone. She sighs and nods her head. "Well let me just say, I understand how you feel, I have two little ones of my own back home." Not knowing where to start you begin to talk about your own home. "And nothing soothes my wife like a clean smelling house at the end of the night, after all the kids have gone to bed..."
