Tsunade goes to the hotsprings unaware of Naruto stuck inbetween her sweaty mammeries. Naruto was soon covered in sweat and starting to sweat himself in the heat of her breasts. As Tsunade tries to neak away from her job to go relax at the hotsprings, her breasts jiggle with each step causing Naruto to get some motion sickness. Naruto tries to climb up but the combination of sweat and bouncing keep him from getting anywhere.
Tsunade reaches the hot springs which isn't empty, there are no non-ninja there, it appears that a mission just finished because Hinata, Sakura, Kurenei, Ino, and even Shizune were there. All naked and relaxing in the hot springs. Tsunade gets in and undresses in the changing room and then walks into the hot springs.
