Wait for another day

He decides to wait for another day because of two reasons.

1st: He saw what she did to Jiraiya

2nd: He wanted to keep smelling that fragrance

So he stayed between her breasts and made sure he wasn't seen. He then felt her get up so he thought he might get seen so he got out of her Tsunade's cleavage and started climbing. He thought about going to her stomach, but he didn't want to get digested so he kept climbing and he eventually went into her nose and went through it until Tsunade felt her nose tickle so she breathed in hard making him go into her lungs and he thought this was a good place to stay and fell asleep.
