Tie up Blair and tickle her.

One night when it is 12:00, and you couldn't fell asleep and you found Blair sleeping on the bed. You decided to a little fun so you grab some ropes and you tied up her ankles and wrap the extra rope around the bed so she couldn't move her feet. Than you tied her hand above her head and the extra rope is tied to the bed as well. Now you took off her shoes and socks leaving her with two bare feet. Now you tickle her......
