While your covering your nose from the smell of her feet, Courtney leans forward and drops her worn out insoles on the floor coincidentally right on top of you. they are not that heavy enough to cause you any pain but you still cant lift them off of you at your puny size. the worst part however is the smell coming from them, they smell even worse than both of Courtneys feet combined probably because shes had them for so long, most likely for years.
As Courtney lounges in the chair waiting for you to arrive in the room and change her insoles, she has no idea of the small doctor pinned underneath her giant footwear accessory. these insoles are so worn out you can see every detail and the entire imprint of her foot is pressed into insole so much that you can see a giant canyon near the heel part and each imprint of her toes.
You think your beginning to pass out, not from the weight but from the stench of never washing her shoes before. right when you think your going to black out from years of foot sweat being poured into her insoles you feel it being lifted up into the air with you stuck to it and then....
