As Shanene claps her cheeks together and looks over her shoulder smiling devilishly at you, it's all you can do to keep from breaking into a sprint straight at her beautiful butt. You focus and pull together all the will you can muster and start to back away. A familiar look of disappointment flashes on her face as you increase the distance between you and her tempting backside.
"No," you start "No I can't do this Shanene. It's dangerous and it's not appropriate for a doctor and patient. I'm going to get Dallas to re-enlarge me and we'll do your examination properly."
You stammer these words as you continue to back away, never able to tear your eyes away from Shanene's butt. Her look of disappointment is replaced by one of determination. It's a look of desire mixed with lots of impatience. She has a response ready for you.
"Doctor, I clear my entire schedule for this appointment every month. I'm the patient and if I say I want my examination done with you at this size, then that's how it will be!" As she talks, her voice gets more and more firm. "If you refuse, then I'll just have to be a little more persuasive."
Quick as a cat, Shanene turns to face you fully. Her hand shoots out and grabs you before you can react. She has you wrapped up and no matter how much you struggle, you can't get away.
