Later that day Kagami sat down at Tsukasa's desk during lunch break and let out a big sigh.
"what the matter Kagami?" Tsukasa asked softly
"Oh it's just Konata, she has spent the entired day trying to convince me to gain weight with her saying how great it feels, how guys have been hitting on her because of her gain, how she can eat without worrying, about how i spend so much time torturing myself just to stay thin, and so on" Kagami explained "she just can't take a hint"
"ohh" Tsukasa muttered "well...why are you so bothered about this? Normally when she tries to get you to do something weird you just ignore her till the phase passes"
Kagami blushed brightly "I...I dunno" she said flustered by the question "I guess it annoys me now that she's spent so much time mocking my battle with weight and all of a sudden has decided to let herself go"
"why does it annoy you so much?" Tsukasa asked "could it be that you are jealous?"
"JEALOUS!!!" Kagami stood up and shouted drawing everyones attention to her. Noticing this she sat back down and blushed brightly "why would i possibly be jealous? Because she can eat all she wants whenever she wants without a care in the world? Because she actually looks good with the weight she gained? ..."
"It sounds like you are Jealous" Konata's playful voice cooed from behind her as she lent over and pressed her chubby body against Kagami "why are you resisting so much. You hate dieting and are miserable when you do so, so join me and have fun for a change. If it doesn't suit you then you can lose it, I'll help. But why deny yourself the chance for something amazing?"
Kagami blushed brightly as she now realised that Tsukasa must have been in on it to help Konata convince her to gain, she gave a deep sigh and closed her eyes. "Fine, you both win. I will give it a try. But only 10lbs. If i gain 10lbs and hate it then I am stopping and going straight on a diet." she said with some determination
"that's fine" Konata cooed "you'll have such a great time you wont ever want to go back. Now, that packed lunch isn't enough for a starving girl like you. Come on, we're going to the cafeteria!" She grinned and pulled Kagami out of her chair and out the door as Tsukasa packed her belongings up and followed them out the room.
