It works

Naruto noticed a flash out of the corner of his eye but paid it no mind. Fresh genin and academy students had a bad habit of toying with whatever jutsu they could find while still inside the city. He shook his head, was he that stupid as a genin? More importantly, if hadn't been promoted to jounin for his services in the war would he still be that stupid?

As he continued down the street, niether he, nor those around him noticed as he slowly shrank. He had grown quite a bit in the last few years, and now time was taking it all back. But with ever centimeter lost, reality would re-adjust itself so that no one noticed, not even him.
