In addition to destroying the formula, she also destroyed all memories of it, and, reaching through time, made sure no one would ever make the same discovery again. She could give other people power if she wanted, but no one else could.
Having ensured her absolute and everlasting reign, the new goddess walked through the streets, seeing the ordinary mortals go about their business. How pathetic. She decided to alter reality for her own amusement before revealing herself.
One girl, a college freshman waiting for a light to change, was jealous that her friends all had bigger boobs and asses. The goddess gave her boobs the size of beanbag chairs and an ass the size of a couch. People were now taking pictures of her, while the girl looked as if she had long since been resigned to this fate. A man standing next to her collected money: pictures were free, but it was $10 to sit on her tits or ass, and you could suckle her boobs for $25. She was the city's biggest tourist attraction.
A young couple was making out in plain sight. Only the goddess noticed them suddenly having wild sex on the newly-enlarged girl's ass. A number of other people were walking around naked and in some cases having sex, these things now being legal to do in public.
A smartly-dressed man with a briefcase was walking down the other side of the street, thinking about how great it was to be rich--he regularly slept with multiple partners each night, and considered himself quite the stud. Nothing happened right then, but when he got home with two twenty-somethings waiting for him, his dick shrivelled to one inch and his would-have-been sex partners were now dominatrixes--he enjoyed being dominated by multiple women.
The goddess made other changes--turning an unattractive female professor into a brain-dead, hot bimbo; giving a corporate CEO's Rolls-Royce a mind of its own; turning Hooters restaurants into brothels, and colleges into sex schools. But all these were minor changes.
As much as she enjoyed wreaking small amounts of havoc (especially when only she knew it), she decided to do something far grander.
