The military brass had decided that one of their own scientists would first have a drop of the formula tested on themselves, the scientists had a communications link opened to the military conference room. The scientist was strapped down to a table, a precaution in case it had other unforeseen side effects. As he gave a thumbs up and the others removed the formula from the containment vessel

1. Foreign agents steal it

2. A different scientist grabs it

3. A halt to the experiment is ordered
