You went towards Junko's right foot, and climbed onto the base of her pump. You then used your assault rifle and immediately used the rifle butt to knock on her foot not covered by the shoe. You knocked on her foot a few times, and you got her attention, though not in the way you expected.
Junko felt something knocking on her foot, and when she peered down at her right foot, what she sees is a bug armed with an assault rifle, and the "bug" is attacking her foot with the rifle butt!

She swings her foot around so hard, you felt like yourself riding an out of control ride from an amusement park, but you soon found yourself unable to hold on, and you fell off her foot and back onto the ground. To your dismay, you also lost grip on your rifle, and it was flung away from you, leaving you defenseless of what's to come.
Junko stepped on you after getting rid of you off her foot, and started twisting her foot around. The combination of her weight being concentrated on that particular foot and the twisting motion of it was just too much for you, as your body cracked into a pool of blood and gore. No one really knows what happened to you after that, with a simple "Missing" label given to your status, unaware that you had been killed by one of your female colleagues.
