Chapter #5

Possess one of Dana's school friends

    by: Seuzz Author IconMail Icon
Saturday night is actually very profitable, from your point of view. During the night Dana falls asleep (which hadn't happened after you'd possessed her) and you discover that you are able to take a swift and much more complete control of her mind without her consciousness as an impediment. When you wake Sunday morning, then, you find that you have so fully absorbed her memories and personality that you are able to "play" her without thinking or concentrating. In fact, you have to concentrate if you want to restrain yourself from acting and even "thinking" as her. You are, of course, completely aware of who you really are and where you are, but you let Sunday drift by just pretending to be her: going to church and fulfilling family obligations; doing homework; sunning yourself in the back yard. Your meld with her mind is so complete that you don't even feel awkward or shy about exploring her soft and yielding private parts with her slim fingers when you go to bed. It's what Dana would do on her own anyway.

You also discover that you have two modes for controlling Dana. You can, if you wish, control her directly: thinking her thoughts and moving her body in accord with your will. Alternately, you can slip down into your subconscious mind and let her act freely as herself. In this latter mode, you cannot directly control her or even see or feel the world through her senses, but you have unimpeded access to and control over her thoughts; thus, you can prod her and poke her into doing what you want, and keep her from having thoughts and realizations that you don't want her to entertain, without even having to think (or avoid thinking) those thoughts for her. It occurs to you that this will be a useful way of controlling more than one body at a time, when it comes time to possess additional people.

That is on Monday's agenda.

You wake Dana early the next morning and put in an extra hour of prep work before school: extra cleaning and scrubbing and scouring and exfoliating, until her skin glows pinkly. You spend what time remains picking out her wardrobe, finally settling on a sleeveless blouse, a pleated skirt that falls midway down her thighs, and sandals that strap around the ankles. It's a look of fresh and natural sexuality, and one that Dana has secretly been dying to try out, but never had the courage to. But you have a more objective perspective, and as you regard her body in the mirror, running a tapering finger up the side of her bare thigh, you see that she can pull it off magnificently.

The bright sun and cool spring air feel refreshing against your exposed skin as you walk to the bus stop, and you get a thrill from running your hands up and down your arms and brushing them against your breasts. You feel aroused and alive, and on the school bus you draw your legs up and lean your chin against your knees so that you can clasp and rub your firm calves. To have a beautiful body is intoxicating, and you'd like to do nothing more than sit on the ground and feel the prickle of grass on your smooth skin while talking and laughing with friends—or maybe with a cute boy. Actually, that is what Dana would like to do, but you feel the pull of her desires strongly. You realize now that's the downside to being so "intimate" with her mind—you can more easily control her, but only at the cost of feeling the pull of her own wants and needs that much more strongly.

At school you look around eagerly for signs of any of your friends—particularly Caleb. There had been a news story in Saturday's paper about the disaster at Fort Suffolk, and a longer follow-up story on Sunday, but there had been no mention of any fatalities. This means that Caleb is likely to be the only one who has news that you were involved, and in addition to seeing how he is dealing with his own conscience, you want to see what he says to people about it all. But you see no immediate sign of him. Instead, you are swiftly drawn into conversation with Dana's close friends, Melissa Swenson and June Platt. The talk doesn't hold much interest for you, though as "Dana" you contribute eagerly and laughingly to it.

It's nearly time for the first bell to ring when one of your own friends, Matt Isaacs, passes by. "Hey Matt," you call out, stopping him. "Have you seen David or Caleb around?"

He shakes his head and hikes his backpack higher up onto his shoulder. "I haven't seen 'em all weekend." He glances around at June and Melissa. "You still talking about getting a study group together for Cussler?" He asks; you nod. "That'll bring 'em out," he says with a faint smile. Out of the corner of your eye you glimpse Melissa giving June a furtive look.

"So what did you do this weekend?" you ask Matt.

"Just hung out with Kevin, did stuff," he shrugs. "I kinda thought you'd have that study session, so we kept free for that. What did you do?"

"Oh, I had family commitments." You make a face at the memory of Saturday's string of mini-disasters at Dana's aunt's house. "How about we all get together tonight?"

"Sure," says Matt. "I'll mention it to the other guys when I see them." The bell rings, and he waves curtly as he heads off to his locker.

June's face is a little tight when you look back at her. "Maybe Caleb won't be able to come," she sighs without much conviction.

"There's nothing wrong with Caleb," says Melissa.

"You don't have him breathing on you," June retorts. "I mean, he's nice and all, but—"

"But it's too bad Paul doesn't have Cussler too," you tease her. She turns a little pink. June is attracted to Paul Zametti, and there are signs he reciprocates.

"Well, I guess it's too bad Shawn Gregory doesn't have Cussler either," June replies with just a hint of acid.

You don't rise to the bait. "Oh, I can get together with Shawn any time I want," you laugh. "We're old friends from grammar school, remember?"

"Come on, we'll be late," Melissa says. You and June follow her through the halls to the side-by-side lockers you have. After you've gotten your first-period books and June has gone off to math, Melissa leans in close to you. "She's really serious about Paul, isn't she?" It sounds like a question, but it's really a statement of fact. "You think we ought to give him a nudge?"

"Like how?"

She dimples, and a little blush rises in her cheeks. "I got Adam Karter for third period," she says. "I thought I might say something about it to him." Adam and Paul play together in a four-guy garage band.

But there's more to Melissa's suggestion than that. "Are you sure you're not looking for an excuse to talk to Karter," you grin at her. Adam is one of the coolest and best-looking guys in school, and too many girls have a tendency to turn into puddles of confusion and delight when he even just looks at them.

And so Melissa's blush turns a little more crimson. "Any excuse would do, wouldn't it?" she mutters.

You laugh. "Yeah, whatever, Mel."

Dana and Caleb (and you, when you were David) share a second-period class, but Caleb is absent. You wonder at this, but once you've established that Caleb won't be at school (today at least) you let the matter drift out of mind. Instead, you become more preoccupied with Dana's own life, and before lunch has rolled around you are thoroughly caught up in the act of being a cute and sexy girl. You've always known Dana to be cute and sexy, but she herself hasn't fully recognized that she possess those qualities. You're able to remedy that, and go through the day with a casual, lazy flirtatiousness that earns you a lot of attention. You are soon thrilling giddily to the admiring glances that so many guys turn your way; you twirl your skirt and flip your hair, and when you catch one guy admiring your ankle you grin and turn it so he can get a better look, much to his blushing embarrassment.

And part of you—the part most closely overlapping with Dana's personality—wants nothing more than to find a guy and flirt with him: to stare into his eyes, to run your fingers over his chest, to brush your cheek against his; to feel his hands on your flesh, his arms around your torso, his tongue inside your mouth, his cock deep within—

Aw, crap.

Well, this is a fine state you've worked yourself into. And in the middle of Biology class, too, you see, as you pull out of Dana's increasingly erotic reverie and look around. You've even been staring at Peter Robins, one of the soccer players. You shake yourself and return to listening to Mr. Dell lecture about fruit flies.

Dana really is a sexy thing, and you've often fantasized about pleasuring this lithe and beautiful girl—not just of pleasuring your body by taking her, but of giving her pleasure, of giving her the feeling of being beautiful and of being loved. And you could so easily give her that, now, and in doing so partake with her the pleasure that she deserves. Thing is, that would require you to pair her up with someone else. And the thought of Dana with Peter (for instance) makes you jealous—and the thought of being inside Dana while some guy was having his way with her ... Well, the part of you that is most deeply entwined within Dana would like that; which only further vexes the part of you that really doesn't like the idea of becoming closely acquainted with some jock's cock.

Well, there is a way around that, of course, you think: you could possess both Dana and her paramour at the same time—that would probably be interesting.

* * * * *

Before sixth period you run into Kevin Keighley (another one of your old friends) and Melissa chatting casually in halls outside Cussler's class. Kevin nods at you. "So I hear we're getting together tostudy for the bitch's mid-term," he says. "Matt and me are in."

"Cool," you smile. "What about Caleb and David?"

He shrugs. "They're not here today. Probably jerking off someplace." You feel a flare of anger at the casual meanness of the remark. "I'll give 'em a call after school." He goes into the classroom.

"Well, that'll be a relief for June," says Melissa. She grins conspiratorially. "And there's better news for her. I talked to Adam."

"What did you say," you ask with narrow eyes. Melissa isn't the most diplomatic person.

"Enough. You don't have to say much to Adam." That is doubtlessly true. Karter is an infamous womanizer, and can pick up signals and intentions and desires in the smallest glance. "If Paul's interested in June, he'll say something," she adds confidently.

Cussler is in fine form once class starts, lecturing strongly and profanely about the Mexican-American War, with lots of details that you pray won't show up on the test. You dutifully take notes—Dana is a conscientious student—but you're also thinking about tonight. Your original plan had been to use the study session to possess your old friends, along with Dana's. Her circle and yours are not a cohesive social group; in fact, your own circle isn't all that cohesive, as Kevin's brutal sneer about you and Caleb reminded you. But there was something comforting about the notion of being together with them again.

Now, though, you find yourself a little bored and a little irritated. Dana deserves better; she could have better. And you're just the guy to give it to her, by possessing and giving her an A-lister as a boyfriend. And why would you want Kevin or Caleb or June or Melissa when you could have Shawn Gregory or Jenny Taylor or Rhianna Miller or ... hell, even Adam Karter.

You have the following choices:

1. Possess your old circle of friends.

2. Get Dana a boyfriend.
