When you awaken you're still laying in your neighbor's yard. Only now it's dark. Pissed and embarrassed you jump your feet. You want to run home and lap your sister silly but think better of it. Yes, far better that you walk.
You walk home. And when you get to the door; you stop to remind yourself that you are still very angry with Amanda and still going to strange her within an inch of her life. You open the door forcefully, so as to display your anger. Karen sees this from the kitchen. "Rough day sweetie?" Your mother asks with a touch of playfulness.
"Where's Amanda!?!"
"The bathroom."
"Bathroom?" you think to yourself. "If Amanda is in the bathroom then I can search her room!" With a gleeful smile you rush off to Amanda's room. Once inside you discover that... well you don't really discover anything. Her room is exactly the same as when you last saw it. The only new thing is a large jar of gummy candies. "Super Delicious Shrinking Candies," it reads. Well, you've always had a weakness for anything super delicious. And Amanda wont miss just one.
