Princess Peach woke to an everyday thing.She rose from bed,looked out of the tower's window to see the Mushroom Kingdom spread out before her.She changed into her usual pink Dress,a matching pink parasol in hand,and she went down the stairs to visit the kitchen for a quick breakfast before the day.
Multiple servants greeted her on the way."Good Morning Princess!!"They said together,bowing their mushroom heads."Good morning everyone!"Peach would reply,giving a dainty smile,and gave a small bow back.
Something strange caught her eye though.There was a new hallway.Peach knew the entire castle inside and out,and she had never noticed this hall before."Well...maybe it's a new addition."She came up with an explanation to herself,walking down the new hall without caution.
The hall seemed....gloomy.Much darker than the rest of the castle.Shadowy figures seemed to watch the princess,then dissapear if she looked their way.
Finally,at the end of the hallway,was a mushroom.Much like the mushrooms Peach had seen Mario use to grow about twice his size and stomp on enemies too large to be defeated normally.But,this shroom had a 'G' emblem on it,and the shroom seemed to emit a strange aura around it.
She took it in hand,and gave it a delicate sample nibble.Her face lit up.It was positively delicious!!Peach took another bite,then another,and another,until the mushroom had entirely been eaten.One thing Peach did not notice,that the hallway was shrinking.Or,was she getting bigger?
