Wake up somewhere strange

You had no idea what had happened as you woke up in a daze and a blur. Your head was pounding and you felt dizzy and disoriented. It took a few minutes but you finally came too as you looked around and realized you were laying in some kind of hotel bed, and worst of all you were totally naked! Jumping out of bed you looked around and saw out the window what looked like a sunny beach. Yiu had no idea where you were or why you here. Your body was totally nude except for the weird silver ring Tina have you earlier. You tried to pull it off but no matter how hard you pulled it stayed stuck on your finger.
There was a sudden noise at the door as you grabbed a blanket to cover yourself. Walking through the door you saw Tina there wearing a nice little sundress and heels as she looked to you and smiled.
"Wow your awake I'm so glad! This means you get the see the changes I picked out for you!" She said as she brought in a bag that seemed to be filled with clothes.
"Tina what the hell is going on? Why am I here? Where am I, and why am I naked?" You shouted.
"We are in San Diego silly....I told you my shoot was in Southern California. We are going to model together! I told them you were my older sister so we have to go meet the photographers here in an hour."
"Tina you are sounding crazy! I'm not a girl how can I be your older sister?" You asked.
"Well not yet silly. That ring you are wearing is injectinf your body with some very special nano machines. They are going to mold you into the perfect looking woman so we can model sisters!" She said,
"Tina I don't know what your on but there is no way in......." You said pausing as you suddenly felt a really weird tingling feeling spreading through your body.
