You four were all alone on the streets of what you assumed to be Miami. You were really not sure who was who.
You tried to communicate with each other. But the much simpler vocal capacities made it a bit harder than it had been as a human even though you all understood cat sounds.
But you were able to pick out who was who. You had been turned into a medium sized cat with blue grey fur and your with what your friens described as ”ice blue” eyes.
Carl had been turned into a larger more stocky built cat with grey and Brown fur and a long coat.
John was a small slim cat with siamese looking features and a black and white coat.
And Ben was a medium sized cat but with a less slim build than you and with a cream white coat.
You were also able to understand that all of you had changed gender and that the medallion was what had caused it in all four cases as your experience of transformation was very similar.
Then a large car pulled up beside you. A women in her early 50s with golden blonde hair and an outfit that gave of crazy cat lady vibes.
”Carl,John,Ben and Isaac i suppose” She said
You four nodded.
”Come with me, do not be afraid” She continued
You were still kind of hesitant
”Okay then, let me put it like this, either you follow me and get a new home or you stay on the streets of Miami where you will get chomped by a gator in a day or two”
That was enough to convince you, it was not like you had any other options. So you four went into the four separate cat cages that was in her backseat. Then she drove off.
Whilst she was driving down the highway she said.
”I guess i have some explaining to do.”
”My name is Jane and i own one of the most well known and beloved cat shelters in all of Florida. Some years ago i got knowledge of the medallion. And thanks to my resources and contacts can always know when someone new aquires the medallion. Then i contact those people and of they have malicous intent with the medallion i try to convince them to turn the victims into cats and then send them to me.” She said
”So as you see i am doing this for humane reasons. You are not the first people to be transformed by the medallion and you will not be the last. But i assure you that i will do my best to make sure that you will live wonderfull lives and that you will all get amazing new families.” Jane continued
