Sarah's blissful moment was interrupted when she heard Allie call out from upstairs "Sarah, could you come up here for a moment?"
Sarah snapped out of her moment and groaned a little, replying with "What do you need, Allie?"
"Just come upstairs," Allie ordered her, "I'm in my bedroom."
Sarah reluctantly agreed and stood up straight. The bulk of her diapers force her to spread her legs a bit. She quickly began waddling off to the stairs.
Sarah then realized Allie wanted to see her in her bedroom. Sarah still felt incredibly turned on and all of a sudden, she started getting a few naughty ideas.
Her best friend's voice sounded so pleasant to listen to; almost enticing, in fact. Maybe Allie would like what she had in mind? Just maybe.
Sarah soon made her way upstairs and arrived at Allie's bedroom. The door was closed, so she knocked first out of respect.
