You are twelve year old Samson Stone, Sam, for short. You have the power to manipulate the element of Earth to a limited degree, giving you massive strength, high resistance to harm, and the ability to trigger minor to moderate earthquakes.
You were the result of your parents, scientists, trying to find a cure for the mutant phenomenon as their DNA was mutated during their many experiments. You and your three siblings all discovered your powers around the same time. Your parents, not wanting their credibility to be ruined, literally dumped you and your three siblings in separate orphanages across the country. Fortunately, Xavier was watching the orphanage you were left with and quickly took you in, sensing your power. The next day, he talked to you in his study.
"Why did mom and dad just suddenly dump us like that!?!" you asked, crying. "What did we do wrong!?!"
Xavier sighed. "You did nothing wrong, Sam." he said, patiently. "What they did to you and your siblings was criminal, they are mutants themselves and are in hiding." he paused. "I will help you find your two brothers and your sister but, in the mean time, I urge you to stay here where you can be yourself, among other mutants your age and learn to control your powers to use them to benefit mankind."
"I will stay until my siblings can be found." you replied, in a guarded tone. "After that, we'll see."
Xavier nodded. "That's fair enough." he said. "Welcome to the school for the gifted."
Then, Cyclops entered. "You called for me, Xavier?" he asked.
"Called?" you thought, confused. "He didn't say anything."
"I didn't have to, Sam." replied Xavier, in your head.
You turned to him as he smiled. "I am not without power of my own." he thought to you.
Sighing, you turned to Cyclops, who smiled. "I'll take you to your dorm." he said.
Minutes later, you found yourself alone inside a simple room, much like one would expect to see in an boarding school. As you looked around, you noticed that there were two beds in the room. "I wonder who my room mate is." you thought.
