Skaggatha the Enchantress

"Hello Anna," a mature looking woman with greying brown hair and a not quite medieval looking dress smiles back at Anna.

"Ah, excuse me, who are you, and how do you know my name, and how did you get in my basement."

"Its me, Skaggatha. I'm" she pauses for a second as if she can't get the words out, "I'm your mother."

"My mother was named Julie, and she's dead," you say. You mean it. You know she died when you were just a baby.

"That's Olivia's and Mathew's mother. But I'm your mother." The woman, Skaggatha, puts her arms around you and gives you a hug. It feels warm and comforting. You breath in her perfume, and you feel calmer strangely comforted. Tears come. You don't know why.


"Where were you?" You ask.

"Baby, I wanted to be there," she says tearfully.

"Still not sure if I believe you,"

She nods understanding.
