Orochimaru decided that even with the curse mark he wanted to make sure he couldn't get away, he knew feeding him fatty foods to gain weight would take to long for his liking so he decide to fed him humans that why when be consumes them his belly would to big and heavy and would use up all his energy to digest his "meal" to allow him to do much, so with that he injected the uchiha with a special drug that will strengthen the stretchy essence of his skin and allow his mouth and throat to expand beyond the normal limit to make it easier to swallow, in simpler more ironic terms sasuke would have the eating capability of a snake only with a faster digestion system. Once the drug took full effect he fed sasuke a large male one of the many people he kept captive, even though he couldn't move sasuke tried to fight the reflex to swallow but it was useless after many large struggling gulps he finally swallowed the prisoner whole panting from exhaustion he bearly had any strength left but when he felt hands rubbing his stomach he managed to lift his head to see Orochimaru rubbing his enormous stomach, it was so big he couldn't see his feet even if he wanted, sasuke couldn't believe he had actually eaten a human but the size and noises his stomach was making was more than enough proof. With his pet now pined by his belly Orochimaru decided to leave him to digest his with with that he got up and leave before he left he turned to sasuke and said with a smirk while releasing his hold " I'll leave you to digest for now but don't worry I'll return once it's feeding time again" and that he shut the door and was gone, leaving sasuke alone to digest for.
