Rachael stepped out the closet wih you in palm.She walked down the hall,and into the kitchen,saying a few words to your Mom,then stepped outside to the front lawn.Parked in the driveway was a jeep,filled with about 4 teens your age,or older.They gave a cheer when they saw Racheal come up to them."Alright guys,let's go to the beach!!"She smiled that toothy grin you loved.She jumped into the back,and the jeep was off.
From your vantage point on Rachaels palm,she sat with two people in the back,while two others sat in front.In the back with Rachael,was your best friend Andrew,and a friend of Rachael's,Samantha.In the front,was an older girl,she seemed....Asian in appearance,and she had a quiet demeanor as she drove.Beside her,was a guy who you took as a bodybuilder.
"Guys,you've all met my boyfriend,right?"Rachael asked,holding you up,and with a magnifying glass so the others could see."Nope,can't say I have."Andrew joked.He wasn't the funniest guy around,and his joke didn't get any laughs from the others.He coughed."Yeah,sorry man."He grinned at you from miles above.
"Oh,hey!!"Samantha said,bringing her face awfully close....too close for your comfort.Her incomprehensible in size face came up to you,grinning."We've only met a couple times before,I'm Samantha!!"She grinned,not whispering,which nearly blew your ears off your head.She backed off,giving you breath."Note to self......don't go near Samantha."She creeped you out.
The Asian Girl kept quiet,eyes on the road as she still drove.The bodybuilder guy kept quiet too.Still....this could be a fun beach day.   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
