She can't open it.

Samus tried to pry open the orifice by squeezing her hand in it only to have it painfully crack her hand, the acids became more ferocious and the muscles started to fold around her body. She ran out of room to move as the acids were slowly rising now, the shaking of the creature and it's warmth, and the slightly non-painful digestion making her try to thrash to no avail. The heat was becoming unbearable as the creature started to digest her skin weakly, and in a few more minutes she lost consciousness.
It's digestive system went to work as she passed out and under an hour had digested her body, a big lizard taking out the galaxies best bounty hunter..
