Tanya nervously looked around at the island, anxiously shifting her weight from one foot to the other. She appeared to be completely alone. The suns heat was beating down upon her, which was fairly pleasant at the moment as her clothes were drying quickly. She started to walk slowly towards the forest at the end of the beach. As she did so, she stumbled over some hard jagged rocks, and thought how lucky she was that her sandals were securely strapped to her feet so she didn't lose them while in the water, otherwise she could end up getting hurt.
As she walked, she halted suddenly, sure that she'd heard a rustle behind her. She turned around quickly, yet she could see nothing that might have caused that noise. She stood silently for a few seconds, but upon not hearing a repeat of the noise, started walking in the direction of the forest again. On her first footstep however, she heard a slight crunch, following by what she was sure was a scream, but it was too quiet to tell. The strangest thing was that she was sure the noise had come from beneath her. Looking down, she noticed she'd half stepped on some sort of funny bug that was sticking out from under her sandal. Unconcerned, she removed her foot from it, and took a closer look out of curiosity. However, as she got closer to it, she took a double take: "Jason, is that really you?" she blurted out, not entirely sure if she was dreaming or not. She picked up the little thing that looked like Jason, one of her boyfriends mates from the boat, to take a closer look. As she held him in her hand to her eyes, there was no mistaking it; this was jason, the only difference being he was now 3 inches tall. "How on earth did she happen", she shouted, a mixture of shock and anger in her voice. "I don't know what happened, I passed out, and found myself like this... please, you've got to help me, you've broken my leg", he cried in agony.
