An hour passes by quickly as you ended up taking a nap for that time. Being awoke by the alarm on your phone. You excitedly open your eyes and look around and see nothing really that different. Standing up you realize your slightly shorter at around 5'7". Though you expected to be about 1-2 feet tall.
The pill company really just ripped you off, only taking a few inches of your height. That is not worth the money you payed for. You can't believe that now instead of being a tiny little explorer you have to experience being a guy who is just 5'7" for 8 hours....
Your kind of bummed as you sit back down on your couch and can't believe that pills didn't work. You take a swig of your beer before you chuck it at the ground in frustration. You were upset and couldn't believe that your going to have to explain this whole thing to Angie. You close your eyes and picture yourself shrunk down. This is probably more fun anyway, you tell yourself as you continue in your imagination.
(Though unbeknownst to you the shrinking pill hasn't fully activated yet. As the Alcohol had only slightly delayed the process and will soon intensify to shrink you even further then you had already planned.)
You sit there in sadness and frustration until your interrupted by the sound of your front door knocking...
