You began thinking of making her belly bigger, but you began to wonder how you would like to make her bigger.
First off, you began thinking of filling her belly either with air or helium. While she'd look much more pregnant that way, she would look likely float like a parade balloon... moreso with helium, not that she would mind of course, considering that she loves being big.
Secondly, you could make her belly full of water, but she would be sloshing about frequently; Not to mention she would feel a little heavier. She would also be like a water bed when she's laying down on her back in that state.
Last of all, there is the pregnancy part. While she would also get her breasts bigger from getting filled with milk, there's two little problems though: One, she would definitely notice if she starts feeling kicks inside her belly, and two, there's the bit about spending time at the hospital once she reaches the end of her nine months... and that is if she doesn't mind being filled with life.
