Sarah said, sitting down in her seat, next to Jim. Jim was the smart kid in school. The smartest. He wasn't a full on, timid guy either. He was tall, standing at 6', had a good build, charming, charismatic, smart, and funny. This, though, being highschool, was overshadowed by some of the other jocks in school. He will be one of those guys who's life gets better in college, but he likes his simple life in high school at the moment.
"Hey Sarah." Sarah had always had a bit of a crush on Jim, but always worried that if she were to start dating him, Vanessa would take him away. Sarah had grown to distrust guys over the years. "It's been a crazy week..."
"Why, what's wrong?"
"Me and my friends...okay, well, just me. I stumbled on something...crazy."
Sarah looked around as Jim whispered that last part of the sentence. "What's wrong? What happened?"
Jim paused. "Honestly, I think I made...something...crazy...I can't even explain it."
"What? What did you make?" Sarah asked again.
"I'm not even sure it works...It's crazy...I just..."
Sarah cut Jim off. "Could you tell me please and stop being annoying."
Jim snickered a bit. "It's so easy to annoy you. It's crazy!"
Sarah threw a mock punch at Jim's shoulder. "You're so annoying."
"But seriously, I made something that effects the body...I don't even know how it happens, it goes against all laws of physics and nature." Sarah paused, unsure of to think if Jim was still joking. "I made a chemical that makes people..." He looked around, and then whispered "...bigger."
"Bigger? Like, giants?" Sarah asked, smirking, still thinking it was a joke.
"No, like, everything. It's a female hormone, and it makes girls grow, tall, bigger boobs, curvy bodies."
Sarah paused. Things seemed too coincidental. She was just wishing for a way to amplify her curves and body, to upstage Vanessa, and literally, 5 minutes later Jim tells her something like this. "Bigger boobs? Jim, there are more to a girl's body than boobs." Sarah said loudly.
"Shhh, don't talk so loud." Jim said, glancing around class seeing some students looking in their direction.
"Yes?" Sarah said, jokingly. "We are just talking about boobs can you mind your own business please?" She said with a smile. The students looked away, laughing a bit.
"I hate you." Jim said.
"You annoyed me first." Sarah responded. "But wait, I don't understand...how does it even work?"
"I really don't know. There is this...strange liquid in my garage. I don't know where it came from, but when mixed with some of the right organic chemicals, I managed to make some mice bigger...then my little sister stumbled on some of it, and she didn't grow much, but she did!" Jim explained. Sarah paused again. Magical chemicals suddenly appearing in his garage? Was someone reading her mind or something, this was insane. "I need to test it more, and I know this might sound...a bit weird...but you really are the only girl I can trust."
"You want me to try some!? What if it's dangerous?" Sarah thought to herself, what if some demon had read her mind and was trying to kill her or something. This situation was weird enough, she couldn't ignore any of insane possibilities that might follow.
"My sister is fine, remember? Please...if you don't want to, do you know anyone who would be willing to try?"   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
