So he knew they were inside a comic too. But he didn’t know how or why. She shook her head for a moment. The competing thoughts and histories of the before and the now were a bit disconcerting. Not willing to show confusion in front of a puny man, Megan shot a quick breath at Dennis and launched him against the wall. He crashed harshly and slumped to the ground, shaken, but not badly hurt. The camera fell into his lap. Megan smirked. That should subdued him for a moment so she could collect herself.
Megan’s eyes titled upward as she “recalled” her comic book history. Only two months ago she was an ordinary girl. The school bully in her prime, finished up with grade school. The warm night she was outside after curfew put her right in the spot of the meteorite that crashed into the empty field she was walking by. Excited to see something so out of the ordinary, Megan walked over toward the rock, feeling a strange warmth envelope her. And the closer she came to the meteor, the greater impact the radiation had on her. She felt warm and full of energy, but even as she looked into the crater and at the meteor, she was not yet aware that the radiation was making her stronger and incredibly powerful. It wasn’t until her shirt started pressing outward that she bothered to register the growth in her chest. Blinking with surprise, she pulled her arms up and felt the breasts grow out to nearly C sized, gravity defying spheres. Drawn toward the rock, she shook off this unexpected event and walked into the hole and directly up to the 5 foot tall meteor. The rock was cooling, but was still rather hot and the radiation was now flooding her body. Reaching out, Megan touched the rock and the heat and radiation was pulled out of the rock and directly into her every strengthening body, infusing powers and abilities far beyond mortal men, beyond even those that claimed to be the strongest in the universe. Her clothes burned off her now glowing body, but she hardly noticed, reveling in what she now sensed was phenomenal powers coursing though her body. Smirking, she reached down, digging her arm into the ground beneath the meteor, and seeming to sense just how strong she was becoming, lifted the meteor up over her head with one arm!
She laughed as the last of the meteor’s powers was pulled into her body. She looked around and was stunned at the increased vision. She could hear things miles away, if not further. Looking up at the rock and scoffing at how light it felt, Megan pulled her arm back and launched the now useless rock back into the air and marveled as it rocketed into the air and sailed back out of the atmosphere and deep into space. Flexing her bicep, she smiled at the small, but firm bicep that rose up. Not any bigger than the muscle she had built up over the summer, but now infinitely stronger.
Concentrating, Megan allowed the last of the energy to work it’s way through her system and her body stopped glowing. She was also floating five feet into the air. Now laughing, Megan allowed her body to drop to the ground and she walked home, not even caring about her lack of clothes.
The scenes spun by quickly as they often do in comics. The first day of high school had her tossing around the toughest kids with ease, scaring everyone and alerting the local superheroes. When Megan easily defeated the Teen Titans, the world quickly took notice. And Megan, not one to miss an opportunity, quickly dubbed herself Super Bully. She bullied the best scientists into creating an outfit to her liking. A tight, revealing dress with the letters SB blazon on the front was to be the costume she would sport for the world. She had them make 10 of them in differing colors.
She was wearing the deep blue one when Superman had approached her. As the scene ran through her conscience, she grew excited and her nipples pressed hard against the neigh indestructible material.
Superman approached this diminutive 5 foot 2 inch 14 year old girl cautiously. Defeating the Teen Titans was no small feat, but as this girl was growing more bold, it was time to test her mettle. Just his size and reputation should have backed her down. After all, he was over a foot taller and had twice her bulk.
But this Super Bully laughed as his attempts at intimidation and instead charged forward, smashing her tiny fist into his stomach, knocking the wind out of him and doubling him over. As he fell to his hands and knees, Megan laughed.
“Superman, huh? You don’t look so super to me!”
She allowed him to recover and as he got up she stomped on his foot and started punching him with blinding speed. He tried to defend himself, but she knocked his arms away with ease, smashing his chest, stomach, legs, and head, breaking bones and tearing muscles. He would have shot a mile away with the first punch had she not pressed his foot into the ground. In less than a minute, Superman was all but out, defeated in seconds by a young school girl who was many times stronger than him. Stepping off his foot, Megan growled.
“Face it SUPER man. You’re no match for me. And if you challenge me again, you’ll only wish I beat you up THIS bad!”
Rearing her arm back, Megan looked at the wobbly super hero.
“And tell all of your friends. I’M the one to be afraid of now. I’ll be doing what I want, when I want to whomever I want. Super Bully is here and the world had better get used to it!”
She then delivered a blow to Superman that would take a week to recover from, even with his healing abilities. The upper cut shattered his jaw and launched him high into the air and out of sight. Megan brushed her hands and smiled with delight. She really was the strongest being on earth. And nobody would be able to stand in her way!
The entire world was on notice and plans were in place to stop her, but as of right now, everyone was on edge. Which pulled Megan back to the present.
What else could she want? Who else could she make cower before her? She thought about demanding tribute from the super heroes and villains, making them bow before her. She also glanced at her bare arm. She had proven herself superior to all those that had challenged her so far, but if she were in this cartoon world, she wanted a different artist. One who appreciated female muscles. She wanted to intimidate with her presence, much like Superman. And she had to wonder. If she were the villain, wouldn’t the heroes eventually win? After all, even in today’s comic books, the villain rarely, if ever, won in the end.
Wanting to explore this reality further, she looked down at the recovering Dennis. That camera in his lap. He was taking a picture when she was in his sister’s room. And as her thoughts fought to understand what was happening, she looked closer at the camera and saw the magic and power it contained. And somehow Dennis had pulled them into this reality. He had WANTED her to become Super Bully. Nodding her head, she chuckled. If he had done this with the camera, he could surely do more.
Glaring at the confused Dennis, Megan needed Dennis to continue what he had started. And as he could apparently undo what he started she had to be careful. She didn’t know if the camera would work for anyone else and certainly didn’t trust anyone. Walking up to Dennis, she reached her hand out and he cautiously took her hand, realizing she could crush his bones to dust. But to his surprise, she pulled him up carefully as he clutched the camera.
Smiling at him, Megan looked up. “You know Dennis, just because I’ve been rough on others doesn’t mean I have to rough on you.”
Dennis looked at her with wide eyes. He was confused beyond words, but was now relieved that Super Bully was taking pity on him. Sensing his confusion, but seeing that he was relaxing, Megan continued, painting a story she figured would be to his liking.
“You know I didn’t ask for this power. I was unsure of what to do. I didn’t attack those super heroes. I was just defending myself.”
Dennis swallowed nervously. Was this really true? “Uh, really?”
Megan smiled as sweetly as she could. “Of course. I think my strength, age and size scare them. And I haven’t even figured out what to do with all of this. It only happened to me recently.”
Dennis allowed himself to get drawn in as Megan continued. “So I was wondering. Your camera may have been the cause of this. It’s the reason we’re here. Maybe you could help me. I may be strong, but I’m afraid that if the entire Justice League of the Avengers attack me that I’ll lose.”
And as she pulled up her arm, flexing her small, but firm bicep she pouted. “And with this body against those big, strong men, what chance would I have?”
Dennis stared at her arm, imagining it growing bigger. He then looked at the camera. Had he really caused all of this? If so, then he could undo everything. But then again, if they were in the comic books, why couldn’t he see where this led? Looking at the sad eyes being expertly faked by Megan, he nodded.
“Um, OK Megan. I’m not sure about what the camera can do, but let’s find out.”
Pulling the camera up, he lined up a shot, and thought about. | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
