This choice: Throw the "dolls" in the toy chest • Go Back...Chapter #5Throw the "dolls" in the toy chest by: Inverse   Mrs. Riny walked up her stairs, with a mysterious device in one hand, and two dolls in the other, completely unaware the device was a size ray, and the dolls were actually her daughter and babysitter. Amanda & Katie continued being shook around by the gigantic woman, unable to do anything except hold on and hope it stops soon.
After a few minutes, the jostling stopped as the two girls tried to shake off the vibrating they felt after being moved that much. They tried to see where they exactly were, but everything still came off as a blur. Not to mention the mother had her grip strong enough they were unable to speak and barely able to breathe.
Then suddenly, before they have time to comprehend the situation, Mrs. Riny releases her grip from the two "dolls" as they start plummeting downward into a black abyss. Amanda screams as loudly as she can as she desperately tries to grab ahold of anything around her. Instead she ends up making contact with a hard surface, before falling backward onto a plastic tube, sliding the rest of the way down, continuing to hit some bumps, and continuing to scream.
Katie had it a little bit easier as she fell straight down, tears streaming down her eyes, before hitting the ground, which was very soft and bouncy.
Eventually, Amanda stopped falling and tried to get her grips. "KATIE!" she shouted "OVER HERE" she sniffled, as they both ran toward each others voices before grabbing ahold of beach other.
"Where are we?" Amanda questioned concerned, still trying to get a barring in the dark environment. Katie pointed at something she recognized. It looked like a hullahoop, but given their size, it was more likely to be some sort of ring. And right next to them, stood a giant man with felt feeling clothes, which they pieced together quickly as a doll. They were inside Sophia, the younger sister's, toy box.
Just then, a loud noise came from outside the box as the two tiny girls struggled to peer up to what it was. Right there, they imposing figure that was Mrs. Riny stared down upon them, as she proceeded to shut the chest. "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM---" Katie tried desperately to shout, but to no avail as their whole worlds became completely engrossed in darkness.
Katie couldn't handle it, and proceeded to hold on as tight to Amanda as possible. Amanda knew she had to keep some level of cool if they were to get out of this situation, but it wasn't easy for her. She did notice this whole thing as toned down Katie a whole bunch more than how she was, which Amanda was grateful for at least.
They slowly made their way to the corner of the chest where they were able to knock over a couple toys standing in the way, revealing a few glimpses of light coming through. Amanda thought, she couldn't find any openings outside the chest, so there's no way to get out from the bottom, and even if they climbed to the top, they were too small to even push the chest open. She knew the only way out is if someone grabbed them out.
"W-what do we do now?" Katie asked. Amanda didn't have an answer. She just knew that sooner or later, they will find out what their fates will be...
