Instead, she let out a loud cry, grabbed the sled she was carting cookies along with in one hand, and started running away, her now bare feet making audible 'thumps' with every stride she took.
Tina had been at the door for all of this scene. she doubted that the giant teen had even seen her, seeing the state of mind that she was in. She quickly does a scan of the front yard, and finds that the remote is nowhere to be found. The realization that Laura could very well still have it with her came into her mind. Laura didn't seem to bright to Tina: Though she had been able to convince her to buy some cookies she didn't even realize it was the remote that caused her to grow, or maybe the shock of the growth just fogged her mind and she'd figure it out later. Anyways, Tina was sure of one thing. She needed to get that remote back.
Grabbing a coat and some boots, Tina 'suited up' for the snowy tundra that was her neighborhood. Chasing a forty foot teen running full speed would be no easy task, and Tina definitely wasn't going to risk hypothermia to try. A thought ran through her mind. It's below freezing outside, and that scout is completely naked. How long would she be able to last? An hour? Maybe more because she's gigantic. It didn't matter.
