Natsuru gained 300lbs

"Wha?!" As Natsuru suddenly shot up to about 420lbs in weight, her shirt now quite ripped from its sudden streching same for her pants and panties. "How did that food do this?!" Natsuru screamed. "I can't go to school like this! What'll everyone think if they see me like this?!" Natsuru sobbed. "Uhh!" She suddenly gasped as a strange sensation came over. "Whats ths sensation I feel?" She then was overcome by a powerful urge to rsume eating her meal, and lots of it. I...I want more! Natsuru said she viciously gobbled down the remainder of her meal. Natsurru then called her waitress for more.

"Waitress! BURP!" She burped in bliss.

"Yes! miss?" the large, cute waitress responded. "I'd like some..."
